According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol, the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Unit is seeking the public’s assistance in the continued investigation regarding the disappearance of Michelle Hutchings over 15 years ago. Michelle was last seen on July 30, 2006, when she was dropped off in the vicinity of the 900 block of Bleecker St., in the City of Utica.

She was 27 years old at the time of her disappearance. She is described as being about 5’7” tall, weighing approximately 130 lbs, having curly brown hair and hazel eyes at the time of her disappearance. She was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and blue jeans. She also has a tattoo of a sun and moon on her left shoulder. Michelle would be 42 years old at this time.
