* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of one to two tenths of an inch and snow accumulations of less than one inch. Accumulations will be greatest at higher elevations.

* WHERE...Oneida, Otsego, and Madison counties.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Tuesday.

Precipitation will start off as snow this afternoon, but will mix with and then change to freezing rain by this evening. Spotty freezing rain will then linger overnight.
