Fire Alarm activation Oneida County Office Building

According to Sheriff Robert Maciol, Deputies reported an fire alarm activation on January 03, 2022 at about 138pm.

The source was a pull station activation on the ninth floor.

As employees and clients evacuated the building.

Deputies respond to the ninth floor to investigate pending arrival of fire Personnel.

There was no structural damage and the building re-opened a short time later at the direction of Utica Fire Officials.

Deputies were assisted by Utica Fire Department and Oneida County Buildings and Grounds personnel.
