Update to Sypolt Arrest T/Floyd

Matthew Sypolt was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court on 1/142022. Due to current New York State bail reform laws in effect, Sypolt was released on his own recognizance to appear in Town of Floyd Court on an upcoming date for the charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Attempted 3rd Degree Assault, and Harassment in the 2nd degree.
