According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, three members of the same family sustained minor injuries due to involvement in a 2-car motor vehicle crash that occurred on Coal Hill Road in the Town of Annsville just after 11:00 AM today.

Mark A. Fawley, 18, of Annsville, was southbound on Coal Hill Road in a Jeep SUV when he moved to accommodate for an oncoming snowplow and left the roadway. Fawley's Jeep entered the ditch and became lodged in a snowbank and was then struck by another southbound Jeep being driven by Erica L. Fawley, 20, of Annsville. Laura M. Fawley, 50, of Annsville was a front seat passenger in her son's vehicle. All three parties were transported by AmCare ambulance to Rome Health with minor injuries.

There were no tickets issued.
