...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 AM EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 20 below zero.

* WHERE...Oneida County.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Northwest winds will be 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 15 mph and a few isolated gusts up 20 mph, especially across the hilltops.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Brings pets and animals inside to protect them for the very cold conditions.
