According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a deceased male was found in the snow next to a business on Rt 26 in the Town of Lee, just south of the intersection of Stokes-Lee Center Rd.

The male had been unaccounted for a few days prior to being located deceased. The Sheriff's Office Forensic Identification Unit and Criminal Investigation Unit also assisted at the scene.

Investigators from the Onondaga County Medical Examiner’s Office also responded and secured the body to their office for an autopsy.

Additional information will be released after next of kin are notified and the results of the autopsy become available.
