Update to Hale Arrest C/Rome

Christopher Hale was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court on 2/10/2022. Due to current New York State bail reform laws in effect, Hale was released on his own recognizance to appear in Rome City Court on an upcoming date for the charges of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree, Harassment 2nd degree, Menacing 2nd degree, and Assault 2nd degree.
