According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, Deputies, along with Forensic and Criminal Investigators were on the scene of a shots fired complaint on Lewiston Gardens Rd in the Town of Kirkland.

At this time Deputies have a subject in custody and are continuing their investigation. They have cleared the scene and are reporting that there is no danger to the public.
