According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol, on March 12, 2022, at 3:31 A.M., Patrol Deputies were dispatched to 31 Signal Drive, in the Town of Marshall, for a report of a physical domestic dispute in progress.

At the conclusion of the Deputies investigation into the domestic dispute, Kenneth N. Sweet (26 YO), of Marshall, New York, was taken into custody, and charged with the following; Menacing 3rd (a Class A Misdemeanor), Criminal Obstruction of Breathing (a Class A Misdemeanor), Criminal Mischief 4th (a Class A Misdemeanor), and Harassment 2nd (a Violation).

Sweet was transported to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Building where he was processed under the listed charges, and brought to the Oneida County Jail where he was held pending appearance at Centralized Arraignment.
