Update to Storms Arrest T/Vienna

Devin Storms was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court on 3/17/2022. Due to current New York State bail reform laws in effect, Storms was released on his own recognizance to appear in Vienna Town Court on an upcoming date for the charge of Criminal Mischief 2nd degree.
