According to the Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, on April 28th, 2022, at approximately 2:26 PM, Sheriff Deputies responded to Thompson Corners Florence Rd in the Town of Florence for a domestic dispute.

After an investigation into the incident, deputies determined that Tonya Choquette (30), of Camden, became physical with a ten month old child while engaging in a domestic incident with another family member on scene. Choquette was subsequently arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, and was brought to Oneida County CAP Court where she was arraigned and released on her own recognizance.
