May 4th is International Firefighters’ Day (IFFD).

May 4th is International Firefighters’ Day (IFFD). It is a day to salute the men and women who help keep us safe, protect our property, our communities, and honor the men and women who have given their lives in the line of duty.

The members of the Sheriff’s Office would like to recognize those with who we work so closely; paid and volunteer firefighters, hazardous materials specialists, and fire prevention specialists. Thank you for your service!
