According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Village of Oriskany Falls man was arrested after a physical domestic dispute in the Village of Oriskany Falls.

At approximately 8:87 am on May 21, 2022, the Oneida County Sheriff's Office Road Patrol Unit responded to a domestic complaint which occurred at a residence in the Village of Oriskany Falls. During the investigation, it was learned that the victim sustained minor injuries. At approximately 9:30 PM on May 21, 2022, Lauden Moss was brought to the Waterville Field Office where Moss was placed under arrest. Moss was transported to the Sheriff's Office where he was processed and arrested for Harassment in the Second Degree, a violation offense, 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A Misdemeanor, Petit Larceny, a class A Misdemeanor, and 2 counts of Criminal Mischief, a class A Misdemeanor.

Moss was held at the Oneida County Jail pending an Arraignment in CAP Court.
