***Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol announces the arrest of an individual on the 2022 Top 10 List***.

According to Sheriff’s Investigators assigned to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Warrants Unit/United States Marshal’s Service; NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force; Charles D. Ferguson, age 37 of Utica NY., was taken into custody in the City of Utica.

On May 25th, 2022; at about 2:48pm, Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Deputies, Oneida County Sheriff’s Warrant’s Investigators, Utica Police Department Warrant’s Investigators, and a Deputy United States Marshal located and arrested Ferguson at his residence in the City of Utica.

Once in custody, Ferguson was transported to the Oneida County Jail on an active County Court Bench Warrant for several drug and child endangerment charges. While at the jail, Ferguson was turned over to Corrections Officers for the purpose of arraignment in the near future.

The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on scene by Oneida County Child Protective Services.
