According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on 07/10/2022 Matthew J. Lenhart Jr., age 19 of Verona, was arrested for two separate physical domestic incidents that occurred last week in the Town of Verona.

It was alleged that Lenhart Jr. physically assaulted the female victim during one of the physical domestics.

During the other physical domestic it is alleged that Lenhart Jr. did threaten the female victim in front of children.

Lenhart Jr. was taken into custody at his residence in the Town of Verona and brought back to the Law Enforcement Building. He was charged with Assault in the 2nd (D Felony), two counts of Unlawful Imprisonment (A Misdemeanor), two counts of Criminal Mischief 4th (A Misdemeanor), three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (A Misdemeanor), Menacing 3rd (B Misdemeanor). Lenhart Jr. was then brought to CAP court and held on $15,000 cash and $30,000 bond.
