Update to Russell Arrest V/Camden

Samantha L Russell was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court on 7/16/2022. Due to current New York State bail reform laws in effect, Russell was Released on her own Recognizance, to appear in Camden Town Court on an upcoming date for the charge of Reckless Third Degree Assault.
