According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on 7/22/2022, at approximately 9:30 P.M, an adult male and female sustained non life threatening injuries after a personal injury motor vehicle accident that occurred on State Route 315 in the Town of Marshall.

Michael Dolly, of Herkimer, was driving a 2017 Nissan sedan, traveling southbound on State Route 315, in the Town of Marshall, when he lost control of his vehicle, causing him to strike a tree. Michael Dolly, age 30, and his passenger Shelby Dunkin, age 30 suffered non life threatening injuries. They were both transported to St Elizabeth's Hospital for further treatment.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by the Deansboro Fire Department, and Central Oneida County Ambulance Corp.
