According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, the victim of last night’s fire on Voorhees Ave in Camden has been identified as 35 year old Brittany Jones. She lived at that residence.

Brittany’s body was taken to the Onondaga Medical Examiner’s Office where an autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.

The investigation into the fire is ongoing. Sheriff’s Investigators and New York State Fire Investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.

The fire does not appear to be suspicious.
