This past Monday, Sheriff Maciol and Sergeant Rutledge presented awards to Lake Delta State Park Life Guards and members of the Western Fire Department & AmCare Ambulance for saving the life of an 11 month old child.

This past Thursday, Sheriff Maciol presented the two final awards to Frankfort Center Fire Department Assistant Chief Dan Kealy and Captain Mike Heinrich for their efforts also. Both were camping on a nearby campsite to where the 11 month old was when he stopped breathing.

They were the first two on the scene and they began life saving efforts.
