According to Sheriff Robert M. Maciol, on September 5, 2022, at approximately 2:15 AM, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a residence on Point Rock Rd in the Town of Lee for a domestic dispute where it was reported that a shotgun was used to menace the victim.

Following an investigation by patrol deputies and the criminal investigation unit, Lisa A. Tanner was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the third degree, a class D Felony, and menacing in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor.

Tanner was processed at the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office and transported to the Oneida County Jail to await centralized arraignment.
