According to Sheriff Robert M. Maciol, on September 5, 2022, at approximately 1838 PM, Sheriff's Deputies responded to a residence on Knoxboro Road in the Town of Augusta for a Domestic dispute.

Following an investigation by Patrol Deputies Justin R. Snow was arrested for Obstruction of breathing a class A misdemeanor and Harassment in the second degree a violation.

Snow was processed at the Oneida County Sheriff's Office and transported to the Oneida County Jail to await arraignment.
