According to Sheriff Robert Maciol on August 20, 2022, Sheriff’s Deputies took a larceny complaint where it was reported that a wallet was stolen from Walmart in the City of Rome a day prior.

Upon further investigation by the Criminal Investigation Unit, suspect information was developed and on 09/09/2022, Philip C. Domenico, 63 of Rome was arrested for grand larceny in the fourth degree, a class E felony.

He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear at Rome City Court on a later date.
