According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on 09/12/2022 Josey C. Shultz, age 32 of Lee, was arrested for a domestic incident that occurred last week in the Town of Lee.

It was alleged that Shultz physically assaulted the female victim during the physical domestic. Shultz was taken into custody at his residence in the Town of Lee and brought back to the Law Enforcement Building.

He was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd (D Felony), Unlawful Imprisonment (A Misdemeanor), Menacing 2nd (A Misdemeanor), Criminal Obstruction of Breathing (A Misdemeanor), Harassment 2nd (Violation) Shultz was then brought to CAP court and held on $5,000 cash and $50,000 bond.
