According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a man was arrested following a Domestic incident in the Town of Remsen.

On October 2, 2022, Christian C. Rodriguez, age 32, was arrested on charges related to a physical domestic incident. Law enforcement responded to a home in the Town of Remsen after the 911 center received a call regarding a domestic in progress.

Upon completion of this investigation, Rodriguez was arrested and charged with Aggravated Family Offense, Class E Felony, Criminal Mischief 4th, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Unlawful Imprisonment, a Class A Misdemeanor, Harassment 2nd, a violation.

Rodriguez was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing and held at the Oneida County Correctional Facility for arraignment.

The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on scene by New York State Police and New York State Forest Rangers.
