The Oneida County Sheriff's Office has partnered with the YWCA Mohawk Valley for 31 Days of Domestic Violence facts.

10/6 - Abuse may happen slowly and get worse over time. If one person uses a pattern of behaviors to maintain power and control, that is abuse.
