On Monday afternoon, the Sheriff’s Office, District Attorney’s Office, New York State Police, Utica Police, Rome Police, NYS Dept. of Motor Vehicles, and local businesses joined NYS Assemblywoman Buttenschon as she announced the signing of bill 1940-E by the Governor.

Assemblywoman Buttenschon sponsored this bill to help counteract the increasing and wide spreading problem of catalytic converter thefts in New York State.
