According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a 29 year old male was injured in a motorcycle accident on Trenton Rd. in the Town of Marcy.

On October 18, 2022, at about 6:50 PM, Seth Buck, age 29 was operating a 2022 Yamaha Motorcycle in a Southerly direction on Trenton Rd. in the Town of Marcy, when he collided with a deer in the roadway. Buck was ejected from the motorcycle upon colliding with the deer. Buck was transported to St. Elizabeth's Hospital by Kunkel Ambulance regarding injuries to his ankle, and shoulder.

The Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by the New York State Police, Maynard Fire Department, and Kunkel Ambulance.
