According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on October 23, 2022, at about 12:02 a.m. deputies responded to the Circle K gas station in the Town of Westmoreland for a reported domestic incident occurring in the parking lot.

After deputies conducted an investigation, Johnnie R. Fuller Sr., (45) of Wellsburg NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 1st, a

Class E Felony, and Harassment 2nd, a violation.

Fuller was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing and held at the Oneida County Jail pending arraignment.
