According to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office on October 28, 2022, at about 1:15pm Deputies and New York State Police responded to 4 Marvin St in the Village of Clinton for a reported Domestic in Progress complaint.

After the deputies conducted an investigation Antonio J Springer of Clinton New York was arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd violation, Governmental Administration 2nd A Misdemeanor, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation A Misdemeanor, Endanger the Welfare of a Child A Misdemeanor, Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd A Misdemeanor, and Resisting Arrest A Misdemeanor.

Springer was transported to the Kurt B Wyman Law Enforcement Building for Processing and held at the Oneida County Jail Pending arraignment.
