Following tradition, the Sheriff’s Office and the Sheriff’s Foundation were proud to team up with the Ancient Order of Hibernians this morning to purchase 5,000 pounds of potatoes to be provided to the Utica Food Pantry as part of their annual Thanksgiving Dinner giveaway for those less fortunate in our community.

This year, the potatoes were purchased from the Pryputniewicz Farm in Waterville and delivered to Engler Electric in Utica where they will be separated into five pound bags for next week’s giveaway.
