Update to Yates Arrest C/Utica

Jacqwey Yates was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court on 11/18/2022. Due to current New York State bail reform laws in effect, Yates was Released on his own Recognizance, to appear in Utica City Court on an upcoming date for the charge of Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree, and Making a Threat of Mass Harm.
