According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol; A Rome man was arrested after an investigation into a domestic that occurred in the Village of Waterville.

On December 29, 2022, Ross G. Tuzzolino, 28, was arrested on charges related to a domestic incident that occurred on December 29, 2022.

Upon completion of the investigation, Tuzzolino was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd, a class D Felony, attempted assault 2nd, a class E Felony, unlawful imprisonment 1st, a class E Felony, and menacing 2nd, a class A misdemeanor.

Tuzzolino was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing.

Due to New York State bail reform, Tuzzolino was released on his own recognizance and will appear at the Village of Waterville Court at a later date.
