According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol; A Bridgewater woman was arrested after an investigation into a domestic that occurred in the Town of Bridgewater.

On December 29, 2022, Emily E. Riano, 22, was arrested on charges related to a domestic incident that occurred on December 29, 2022.

Upon completion of the investigation, Riano was arrested and charged for attempted assault 2nd, a class E Felony, unlawful imprisonment 1st, a class E Felony, criminal possession of a weapon 4th, a class A misdemeanor, menacing 2nd, a class A misdemeanor, and Harassment 2nd, a Violation.

Riano was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing, and will be held at the Oneida County Jail awaiting arraignment.
