The three-year agreement, at a cost of $4,058,994 annually, began on January 1, 2023, and will provide medical and dental healthcare services to the Oneida County Jail. “Wellpath is excited about this new opportunity, which is grounded in our legacy of providing compassionate and excellent healthcare to every individual,” said Senior Vice President Zela Guirola. “At Wellpath, we take pride in providing hope and healing by improving health and transforming the lives of our patients,” she said.

Wellpath’s Local Government Operations President of the East, Cindy Watson added, “We are committed to always putting our patients first and look forward to collaborating with Sheriff Robert Maciol and his staff to support the vision of quality healthcare for our shared patients.” The regional Wellpath team and Nashville Home Office will directly support this endeavor.
