Cruz is wanted by the Rome Police Department on two separate warrants.

The first is a Bench Warrant for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing (A Misdemeanor) and Harassment (Violation). These charges stem from a physical domestic incident that occurred in October of 2020.

The second warrant is an Arrest Warrant for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing (A Misdemeanor), 2 counts of Criminal Mischief (A Misdemeanor), Unlawful Imprisonment (A Misdemeanor), and Assault 3rd (A Misdemeanor). These charges stem from a physical domestic that occurred a few days ago.

These incidents did not involve the same victim. Cruz has a last known address on W. Thomas St. in the City of Rome.
