We continue to say thank you to the volunteer firefighters & EMT’s who serve their communities throughout our county. We also say thank you to all of the departments that always invite the Sheriff’s Office to their banquets. This weekend’s installation banquets included Sauquoit, New York Mills, and Vernon Fire Departments. Sheriff’s Office recognitions were provided to NYMills members Dick Schmidt (50 years), Dave Piekielniak (55 years), and Mike Wolak (55 years) along with Sauquoit members Vincent Conley (50 years) and Warren Jones (50 years).
