According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Town of Floyd man was arrested on Felony charges stemming from a domestic incident.

On February 14th, Deputies responded to the Green Mansion Trailer Park on Soule Rd around 9:00 AM for a reported physical domestic disturbance. Prior to Deputies arriving on scene, the suspect had fled the residence in an unknown direction of travel. Subsequent to the investigation, Deputies were able to locate Luigi Capoccetta and place him in custody without incident. Capoccetta was charged with two violation counts of harassment 2nd, and two felony counts of aggravated family offense.

Capoccetta was transported to Oneida County Jail to await his arraignment.
