Chief Deputy Rick O’Meara represented the Sheriff’s Office at a ceremony this morning where NYS Senator Joe Griffo presented the NYS Liberty Medal to Terry Larkin, age 102, of Forestport. The ceremony was held at the Forestport Diner - a place that Mr. Larkin can be found at every morning. Mr. Larkin was previously presented with Honorary Sheriff’s Credentials two years ago by Sheriff Maciol when he turned 100 years old.
