****Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol announces the arrest of an individual from the 2022 "Top Ten Most Wanted List"​​​****

According to Sergeant M. Ladd Sr of the Oneida County Sheriff's Office Warrant's Unit, Anton Frazier age 42 of Utica was arrested in the City of Utica for an outstanding bench warrant issued out of Oneida County Court in July of 2021 for the charges of Criminal Possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and Criminal Possession of a weapon in the third degree. On February 27th , 2023, at about 4:14 PM, An Investigator assigned to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office Warrant's Unit and an Investigator assigned to the Utica Police Department Warrant's Unit both assigned to the US Marshal's New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force observed Frazier operating a motor vehicle in the City of Utica. Subsequently, a motor vehicle stop was conducted and Frazier was taken into custody without incident. Following the conclusion of the motor vehicle stop, Frazier was transported to the Oneida County Jail and turned over to Corrections Staff without incident pending Oneida County Court arraignment on 2/28/2023.
