According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, the Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Waterville man regarding a domestic incident. On March 1, 2023, at about 11:49 AM the Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of W. Bacon Street and Stafford Ave in the Village of Waterville for a reported physical Domestic Incident.

Upon completion of the investigation Michael Gentile 37, of Waterville was arrested and charged with Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd, a class A misdemeanor, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, a Class A misdemeanor, and Menacing 3rd a class B misdemeanor.

Gentile was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing, and will be held at the Oneida County Jail awaiting arraignment.
