According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on March 4th, 2023, at approximately 3:14 P.M. Deputies responded to a reported road rage incident that occurred on College Hill Rd, in the Town of Kirkland.

Upon arrival, Deputies determined that a motor vehicle accident occurred subsequent to the road rage incident. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Jordan M. Glouse, age 26, of Vernon Center had threatened bodily harm to two individuals that were in the other motor vehicle while displaying a crowbar in his hand.

Jordan M. Glouse was arrested and transported to the Law Enforcement Building and was later charged by deputies with 2-counts of Menacing in the 2nd Degree, a class A Misdemeanor, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree, a class D Felony.

Jordan M. Glouse was then transported to Centralized Arraignment Court and was subsequently released on his own recognizance due to the New York State Bail Reform Laws.

No injuries were reported from the motor vehicle accident.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Criminal Investigation Unit and the State Police.
