Brantingham man arrested

According to the Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol a Brantingham man has been arrested.

The Criminal Investigations Unit investigated the incident of a contractor’s employee, David Schmandt, 35 who stole jewelry and cash from a residence in the Town of New Hartford. Schmandt was charged with Grand Larceny 3rd, Criminal possession of stolen property 3rd both class D Felonies, and Petit Larceny, a misdemeanor.

Schmandt was sent to Oneida County Cap Court to await arraignment.
