STATE OF COLORADO FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE APPREHENDED IN THE CITY OF ROME

According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol; Sean M. McNulty, 46, was located at 863 Lawrence St. in the Outer District of the City of Rome; on March 31, 2023; at approximately 0900 hrs.

According to Investigator’s he was found to been residing at said residence after tracking down several leads into his whereabouts. The arrest is the culmination of a month and a half long investigation into the whereabouts of McNulty who is “Wanted” out of the State of Colorado.

These crimes included Sexual Crimes against Children, under the age of fifteen. According to Investigator’s; Law Enforcement Officials from the State of Colorado contacted local Oneida County Law Enforcement, to assist them in locating McNulty. The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Warrant’s Unit, and the United States Marshall’s Regional Fugitive Task Force, utilizing their resources located McNulty on March 31, 2023.

He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Oneida County Sheriff’s; Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building. He will be arraigned in Central Arraignment Court pending extradition proceedings further charges may be pending.
