According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M Maciol, on April 12, 2023, a search warrant was executed at 20 Pine Street in the Village Of Whitesboro relative to narcotics trafficking. Investigators with the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit charged Kathleen Parry of Whitesboro with several narcotics related offenses.

Through the course of the investigation, investigators learned that Parry was distributing narcotics from 20 Pine St. Subsequent to the investigation cause was developed to execute search warrants at the residence and on her person relative to the narcotics trafficking.

Following the execution of the search warrants a quantity methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl, scales, and U.S currency was seized.

Parry was charged with:

Criminal Possession of a controlled substance 3rd – B Felony

Criminal Possession of a controlled substance 4th – C Felony

Criminal Possession of a controlled substance 5th – D Felony

Criminal Possession of a controlled substance 7th – A Misdemeanor

Criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd - A Misdemeanor

The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit worked in conjunction with the Utica Police Special Investigations Unit and New York State Police Violent Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team on this case and was also assisted by members from Rome Police SIU, OCSO Forensic ID Unit and OCSO Road Patrol.
