According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol; An Annsville man was arrested after an investigation into a domestic that occurred in the Town of Annsville.

On April 20, 2023, Mitchell Freer, 21, was arrested on charges related to a domestic incident that occurred in the afternoon of April 20, 2023.

Upon completion of the investigation of the domestic, Mitchell Freer was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 1st a class E Felony, and Menacing 2nd a class A Misdemeanor.

Mitchell Freer was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing, and was arraigned at the Oneida County Central Arraignment Court and after arraignment was remanded to the Oneida County Jail in lieu of $1000 cash bail.
