According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a City of Rome woman was arrested for activating and using a credit card that did not belong to her.

On April 4, 2023, the owner of the credit card filed a complaint with the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Road Patrol Unit. The case was subsequently turned over to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Unit.

On April 27, 2023, the Criminal Investigation Unit arrested Gina L. Grenier, age 57, for Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, an E Felony.

Grenier was processed at the Law Enforcement Building and released on an appearance ticket returnable to Rome City Court on a later date.
