According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol; A Florence man was arrested after an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred in the Town of Florence.

On April 29th, 2023, Travis D. Metott, 30, was arrested on charges related to a domestic incident that occurred in the late afternoon of April 29th, 2023.

Upon completion of the investigation of the domestic, Travis Metott was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt in the First Degree, a class E Felony, Aggravated Family Offense, a class E Felony, and Harassment in the Second Degree, a violation.

Travis Metott was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing and was held pending arraignment at the Oneida County Central Arraignment Court.
