According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Westmoreland man was arrested following a domestic dispute.

On 05/01/2023 shortly after 6:00PM, Deputies were dispatched to a domestic dispute on Abbe Blvd in the Town of Westmoreland. Subsequent to their investigation, Jason Semeraro was arrested and charged with one count of Criminal Mischief 4th and three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, all misdemeanors. Semeraro was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing, and was released on his own recognizance.

Orders of Protection for the victims were issued accordingly.
