According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, there is currently a Police presence on Kirkland Ave, in the Town of Kirkland.

Earlier this morning Road Patrol Deputies were contacted by the Town of Kirkland Police Department for assistance with a complaint. Members of the Sheriff's Office are currently on scene and taking over the investigation.

At this time there is no danger to the public and no further details will be released.
